Change in Service

The workflow for managing changes in a product or service involves several key roles and steps. Initially, the Sales department notifies the Department Head about the change. If the sales team needs to address commission-related matters, they are confirmed to have no additional tasks.

1. Notify Department Head

2. Does sales need to do anything to notify anyone about commission?
NO -
1. Notifies Dept Head of Product/service that is changing

Billing

If email comes in from Dept Head then do the following:
2. Notifiy Dept Head that sent the change that everything has been completed
1. Make Changes to SO
If call/email from client comes into Tina/Holly send email to Dept Head

Department Head

4. If client is MS or BP, email Account Manager
3. Emails Tina/Holly with all info they'll need
2. Makes the following changes to Netsuite:
Updates Product List Tab
Update Recurring Billing Tab - MAKE INACTIVE with Note
Update Project with info
1. Emails PM/AM of product service change
