Geoffrey Crow STAR Report Integrity R - The person said "thank you", said "goodbye" and got off the bus. A - I pulled the cord that is working to ring the bell. T - Help them get off the bus to their destination. S - On the bus, someone was wanting to get off at their stop, but the bell wasn't working. Flexibility/Adaptability Skills R - We got to see that movie. A - I found another movie that was also playing at the same theater. T - Go to a movie that everyone agrees on. S - At the movie theater, the movie I was going to see with family was canceled. Organizational Skills R - The cabinet is now neat and tidy. A - I took the filing papers out and put them back in the right places. T - Sort out the files by number. S - In my home basement, the files are in the wrong places in the filing cabinets. Technical Skills R - the computer is working properly again. A - I pushed Ctrl-Alt-Delete and restarted the CPU. T - Fix the problem it is having. S - At school, the computer was not working right. Interpersonal Skills R - That person is wanting to get along with me. A - I introduced myself to that person. T - Find someone who is nice S - At school Motivation and Initiative R - The room is cleaner than I found it. A - I swept/mopped the the floor and put the dirt on the dust pan into garbage/squeezed the water into mopping bucket. T - Take a broom/mop and and clean up the mess. S - In the house, someone left a mess in the kitchen and didn't bother to clean it up. Strong Work Ethic R - I finished my assignments right away and got good marks. A - I got help from a tutor to do them. T - Hand in assignments to pass the course. S - In school, I was trying to do my last minute assignments because I was falling behind, Problem Solving Skills R - I found the answer to the equation. A - I did Brackets and Exponents first, and then all the rest in chronological order. T - Solve the equation using BEDMAS. S - In class, there is a math problem that was harder than I thought. Communication Skills R - After the conversation, the person is feeling much better. A - I went to the person and asked what is wrong. T - Help the person cheer up. S - At the play park, someone is feeling upset. Teamwork R - The animals are all in. A - I held the door for the animals while someone else guides them. T - Putting the animals in at night. S - At the farm
