Personal Motivation
The reward I am getting out of the process for the event is more intrinsic than extrinsic. I want to gain experience and make the best of out the event and the work behind it.
The event is about overcoming
challenging obstacle and learn/do
jobs more effectively.

Group members need to be more involved with the performers and finalize the list. - The group was un-organized when it came to the list, therefore it was hard for us to get the list.
We were not given what songs performers are performing
We communicated to the group in order to attain the songs. (We were told we would get them today)
How can the class improve
As a group we are already a matrix structured
More flexible when it comes to adding or removing ideas on a topic.
The different departments should be more of a matrix structure rather than functional structure.
Teams depends on each other to get their job done.

Controlling methods
Feed foward:- We were able to ask teachers about the rehearsal dates if it would be booked for the rehearsal and any technical issues that are currently going on. An example was the broken projector screen and how to use "screen" if we needed to.
concurrent :- We were having different opinions on making a decision how ever we were able to have either a consensus or unanimity.

updated with auditions list and timing etc.

Very helpful with the sound & Lights portions thanks to her
previous experiences. Was able to keep the group updated with dates(rehearsal) and teachers.
