Sophie Star Report Integrity The person who feels excluded has someone that will continue to stick up for Tell someone that it's not an appreciated to call someone out during classes Speaking up for student who's being called out Standing up for others Flexibility/Adaptability Skills I'm not as tired and my mind is more clear when I'm learning in class I go to sleep earlier and set alarms 10 minutes apart from when class begins Put away electronics before bed Adapting to new school time schedules Organization Skills Everything is in its rightful place so i don't need to look back at the computer when I have them all next to me Typing and printing assignments and assignment rubrics and placing them in the correct class I made every class a file/folder for all assignments Organized folders for class Technical Skills I receive all my credits and graduate the program at the end of the school year I have to download computer video app and sites to participate in the classroom I have to listen to lecture classes and complete assignments and submit them in my canvas Being in an online school program Interpersonal Skills Meeting new friends and feeling more comfortable in the school environment Speaking with classmates like how's your day going signing into Microsoft teams Pre class team call videos Motivation and Initiative Hopefully having a stable career Applying to programs and or workplaces Taking the right courses and talking to the right people Wanting to be successful Strong Work Ethic I can relax because all assignments are finished Do the assignments thouroly and cross them off when finished Check what's homework I get all my assignments finished and on time Problem Solving Skills We were fully prepared, excited for presenting, and got a good grade We all a video call and discussed how to all be on the same page each being assigned to a task of info for the slides We had to do a social media project and the people in our group all had strong personalities and clashed Communication Skills Results Get to put the guest speaking on my resume Answering questions about my experience with Career Pathways Program Participate for guest speaking to hopeful new students for next year that will take the program Guest Speaker for Career Pathways Program Teamwork Result we checked the awsner in class to make sure everyone got the same answers Action we used it to type out the answer when the teacher was talking Task I use it for communications class to claberat with my classment Situation when we all use the narpod for class
