The Hydrosphere is made up of all the water in the water in the oeans, seas, rivers, lakes, polar ice caps and glaciers as well groudwater and the vapour in the atmosphere

For what we can use water?

Drinking Water: Some regions have places called desalination plants, which extract the minerals and salt from seawater and turn it into drinking water.

Tourism: The sea and the cost have become a resource for tourism. They attract large number of visitors and create many jobs

Waterways: Oceans and seas are used as waterways to transport people and commercial goods.

Energy Source: Oil and gas are found under the sea. Scientists are looking for ways to turn the force of tides and waves into energy.

Food: Aquaculture is the farming of ocean plants and animals. Fish farming is the raising of fish and shellfish on special farms.
