If there are times when orders get hectic or there's a long line up of people waiting to get their orders, I WILL take leadership (not in a rude bossy way towards my co-workers) and makes sure EVERYONE gets their proper orders.

There are at times at school when I have taken leadership and led groups of people. For example, in gym class when we're doing different types of exercises, the teacher asks me to lead the group to follow me.

When other people give their opinions or ideas out, I respect them no matter what it is.

I never a "judge a book by it's cover"

I especially respect my elders because they're the ones that help me through my life or teach/give me important advice

During work or at school I never spend too much time on one subject/thing.

For example, when I get a lot of homework, i divide everything up and estimate how much time I would need for each subject or work.

I am fast-paced on whatever I get, but I put my effort into it and finish it.

If I need to partner up with someone and is given a task, I would not fool around but focus on what I would need to finish on. But, if there is some time available after we're done everything, then yes maybe we can have a little chat

Especially at work, I never fool around with my co-workers when we're doing something together

I love to do teamwork with other people because I get to meet new and different people and do new interacting activities.

I'm very organized once it comes to schoolwork and job-work

If I start a new project/subject I would finish it till the end and not just leave it halfway done. So i;m finishing my work one by one

If I use a tool or an object, I would put it exactly where I got it from because if I keep taking objects and not put it back from where it belongs, the place/room would get messy!

Whatever I do, I'm always responsible to it, and if something happens, I will take the blame no matter what and not put it on other people.
