Support Kim on local bootcamps

Milestone 21: Recruit students for Summer in person bootcamp

Lead planning/production of ACETalks (Where are the saved Zoom recordings-on Dropbox? Are they made public or available to participants? Can they be used for a teaser to attract participants? How far in advance do we know who the speakers will be? Share workforce calendar.)

Online training participant tracking / monthly reporting

Move CNC machining training program to Canvas learning management system (hosted by CCS), transition 1/1/22 (CANVAS PART IS DONE)

Lead Canvas to continue distributing completion certificates, quiz solutions, continuing education units (CEUs), and Machining Dynamics textbook to participants who have completed the online curriculum

Develop Salesforce tool for dashboard/ mapping/ reporting (Kaitlyn to support)

Initiate satisfaction surveys for online training and bootcamp and keep track of results

Milestone 20: Host Spring 2022 online training program. (Due by May 2022)

Enhance Virtual Training Platform

Plan how we can increase ACE online course completion and certificates by 200 participants

Develop new modules to expand the scope of the training beyond alloys to incorporate processes and materials used in DoD applications such as advanced composites.

Add modules to additive manufacturing training for metal powder bed and directed energy (Tony to create content)

20-30 min content is being packaged to enable web dissemination of the online modules (are these what Tony recorded last Summer? Can this be on Canvas?)

Support Train-the-Trainer Content

Publish the ACE instructor Implementation Kit on online learning management system to make it broadly available to instructors/trainers at ACE hub locations (DONE)

Lead coordination of events and workshops

Write deliverable reports and create presentation materials

Oversight of workforce development program

Build/develop strategic relationships
