NATIONAL GEMSTONE Opal production was worth $71.4 million to Australia in 2003 and supports many communities in New South Wales, South Australia and Queensland. Was adopted as an Australia national gemstone in July 27 1992
NATIONAL FLORAL EMBLEM Golden Wattle was adopted as an Australia national floral in August 19 1988.
NATIONAL COLORS The national colors of Australia are green and red,Green and gold are also the traditional team colors of Australian national sporting teams. Were adopted as an Australia National Colors in April 19 1984.

COAT OF ARMS OF AUSTRALIA Adopted in September 9th 1912. The design contains badge of each state. The kangoroo and emu support the shield.
FLAG Is a defaced Blue Ensinga blue field with the Union Jack in the canton (upper hoist quarter), and a large white seven-pointed star known as the Commonwealth Star in the lower hoist quarter. The fly contains a representation of the Southern Cross constellation, made up of five white stars – one small five-pointed star and four, larger, seven-pointed stars.

DAMPER Is a traditional Australian soda bread prepared by swagmen, drovers and other travellers. It is a wheat flour based bread, traditionally baked in the coals of a campfire.
Melba toast is a dry, crisp and thinly sliced toast, often served with soup and salad or topped with either melted cheese or pâté. It is named after Dame Nellie Melba. Melba toast is made by lightly toasting slices of bread under a grill, on both sides. The resulting toast is then sliced laterally. The thin slices are then returned to the grill with the untoasted sides towards the heat source, resulting in toast half the normal thickness. Thus, it can be described as a twice-baked food

PAVLOVA Is a meringue-based dessert named after the Russian ballerina Anna Pavlova.It is a meringue cake with a crisp crust and soft, light inside, usually topped with fruit and, optionally, whipped cream.
