Personal Preferences

My hobbies include reading, playing hockey, watching TV, and listening to music.

I prefer listening to rap music and punjabi music.

Accomplishments

My accomplishments are something I have achieved so far in my life. I have received honour rolls in Grade 9. I have received awards in activities out of school.

Extracurricular

I work as a newspaper carrier outside of school, and am a member of the Chinguacousy SSA.

Activities

I am interested in activities that help me communicate better and make new friends, and activities that keep me physically and mentally healthy.

Emotional Intelligence

It is the capacity for recognizing our own feelings and those of others, for motivating ourselves.

According to the Emotional Intelligence Inventory, I have an EQ of 140.

Emotional intelligence involves being aware of and managing my emotions, having good interpersonal skills, being adaptable,  managing stress well and having a positive general mood.

Left Brain vs. Right Brain

Right brain thinking is non-verbal and linguistic.

Left brain thinking is verbal and analytical

I am more of a left brain person, because I am analytical and logical.

I think, analyze, and communicate with myself in my mind to reflect.

Interpersonal

I try to see things from other people's point of view in order to understand how they think and feel.

Logical

I think in logical and numerical patterns making connections between pieces of information.

Spatial

I tend to think in pictures and create vivid mental images to retain information.
