Verifying the listing quality and description.

Ahmed's Responsibilities:To understand the listing from vaseem.Create listing on amazon as directed by vaseem.Answer all customers queries during the assigned duty timing it will help to sale done on amazon.To watch the competitors listings for variations.To accept the order if we will make sale on amazon.Daily email the report of work done to Adeel, Vaseem, Ayman, Mushtaq and Mr. Omar (It will help the others to understand the work flow and process)

Mushtaq's Responsibilities:To prepare our cost price report after cost list from AdeelDetermine the minimum sale price.Comparison of our sale price with other sellers and make the sales price high if there will be any room to do so. If our minimum sale price more than other sellers.Prepare the target sales report of listed products (it will be helpful for advertisement and campaign)Inventory Management (weekly report of stock)Profit Forecasting for listed products.

Adeel's Responsibilities:To understand the product list from Vaseem.To contact with vendors and distributors for quotations.To Prepare the cost price list.Selection of products and vendors for purchase with vaseem & Mushtaq.To coordinate with Mushtaq for products to be purchased and delivered.To make contracts with distributors for regular supplies.

Vaseem's Responsibilties:To assign the technicians to make shipment ready and inspect the products ( before packing )To update the inventory report file shared by musthaq.

Ahmed's Responsibilities:Coordinate with vaseem for collection of products.Arrange the pickup schedule with courier company.Packing, Labeling and dispatching the products to customers. To update the shipment tracking on amazon.To answer all the queries and coordination with customers for deliveries.

Ayman's Responsibilities:Coordinate with vaseem for collection of products.Arrange the pickup schedule with courier company.Packing, Labeling and dispatching the products to customers.To update the shipment tracking on amazon.To answer all the queries and coordination with customers for deliveries. Report of work done ( details of orders processed )

Mushtaq's Responsibilities:Comparison report of sales forecasting and actual sales.Reconcile the amazon balance with our bank.Update the master inventory report.Monthly P & L report.Products report ( slow selling / fast moving / less profit margin / high profit margin )To alert if any stock is less than 10 days depends on the sales statistics.To coordinate with amazon for any payment issues.

Adeel's Responsibilties:Reorder the products if inventory is showing less than the limit. (Confirmation with Mushtaq & Vaseem)Discussion with team about sales , profit and progress.Rectifying the hurdles in the process to make all operations smooth.
