Reproduction&Development
Males are called stallion, they are used either to riding or breeding
Females are called mare, they are used for breeding and for riding in case of women
Foals can be colts or fillies
Gestation period is 11 month
1 foal per mating (ocasionally twins, very rarely triplets)
The foal is weaned at 6 months
Mature at 3 years old, adult at 5 years old
Gelding are castrated stallions and they are used for work or riding
