CP – EU, USA, AUS, CANCP is never our focus, we mainly support on chemical and some regulatory questions. As SPS joined standardization committees, we keep receiving info., so we thought it’s good idea to share with BLs. BLs mean SHA HDGs, SHA MES, HK TCPH.

Toy

TOY – EU, USA, AUS, CAN, JPN, KORToy business mainly generated from SR, they have an internal technical committee which focus on physical testing. Chemical and regulatory is our strong suit which also the needs from BL.As toy is a heavily regulated product with frequent updates, besides monitoring on our own, we rely on SPS’s support in order to response timely. For chemical, unfortunately, we face difficulties working with SPS. We discussed with him and SPS head, still we receive delay response, and missing proactive updates. After SPS uploading the documents from committee, we have to study all by ourselves in order to catch up on the development, SPS only share update once per year during the SPS training, and rarely update in the ISC meeting.

TGRC decision = Final decision?

BL needs quick and fast decision from time to time, due to the “not that fast” response form SPS, BL see TGRC as “their last straw”. After we provided our comments, BL will just take it and implement. Also, SPS has only EU knowledge, outside of the EU, BL rely on us heavily.Other than enquiry, we also helped BL to draw up CoC template for a new regulation, comment on the test report template. To be honest, we are not sure if there is any approval process and WHO to approve.

Unclear TRF PPP ownership and the workflow

We were told to take up the update for Toy and CP, but have no idea with the history and details. Sharing of experience working with different parties (BL, SPS, TGR MUC). TRF in eDOC…?
