When to extend, when to and how to let them know you are moving on. . .

Humor/Sarcasm? What does it look like?

Also make sure you are understood. That people can repeat back what you mean not just what you said in case there is any misconception.

Examples of sarcasm - inappropriate humor - they set people up. They lead them down a bad trail or dead end trail.

Allies in class look like?

Allies can be the quiet ones. They can be the vocal ones. THEY CAN BE YOUR SUPPORT TECH when you need an out.

My stories or their stories?

If they are talkative, let them talk. Use your stories only as fillers. Or motivators to get them thinking of their stories.

The class should be based on this...

1. Material

2. Their stories

3. Your stories only to prompt the material and/or their stories.
