My Philosophy

If a child fails, it is the responsibility of the parent, student and teacher

Parents

I want to have a relationship where i can openly talk to them about their child and their progress
I want to have every phone number and email of every parent

Classroom

Tables/Desks facing each other so students can discuss

Relationship to Students

I want to know how each student learns, so i can best teach them
I want to get to know my students individually

Social Reconstructionism

View students as intelligent and capable
Students should be able to improve our society through their education
Student- Teacher relationship will be equal with student centered- learning

Essentialsim

Students need to be challenged, they cannot be stagnant in their learning
I want to teach students to have good morals

Existenitialism

Open classroom where students are comfortable speaking and discussing
Help students appreciate themselves as human beings, and what they are capable of
