Makes you fall behind in school work and house work
my remedy for headaches would be a hot lemon and honey drink and quiet
i love listening to oh land it gets me in the mood to get things done such as house cleaning, getting assignments started.
Sleeping in
having a break from everyone
Spending tijme at home
E.g. being at home
Just having them around me eases my stress.
I know i can ask them for help and trust them with secrets or questions i need to ask them
Paying the bills
Buying food
are my priorities before buying clothes and junk food etc
Having certain days to do certain tasks
Setting times and dates to do assignments
hiding away not facing problems
making me feel bad about myself
clothes dont look right on me anymore etc
I will need to start eating properly
Not being able to get things done because im so tired and have no energy
I could try get a better nights sleep and getting healthy foods
because i feel things are building up on me but if i do thinks in steps i will be able to get things done
