Education about the Karmiel Misgav / Pittsburgh Partnership
Create Slideshow: Who is interested in working on this?
I can help work on a slideshow and put together information on the various viewpoints we learned throughout our trip (Sophia)
Education - Where can we take the slideshow etc... Once they have been created?
Short presentations to Hebrew schools, Sagis, etc...
Main topic
Education about Israel to J'Burgh Participants
How do we use the knowledge gained to educate other J'Burgh participants?
Have a series of Israel events...Israeli dishes we ate, maybe go for a hike and cook lunch/dinner like Nir did with us (interactive)
Hold a short discussion/presentation at each Shabbat + event
Plan a series of seminars/discussions to educate and discuss different topics and challenges facing the current and future state of Israel as a country. Possibly at a bar, a "drink and discuss" or other similar activity. This would be like the J Course sessions but would be led within the group, not by a specific person/Rabbi.
Hold an event where participants "create" a map of Israel...out of ice cream, out of a collage, whatever...to help them remember and learn about the various regions and boundaries/cities within Israel. (fun, interactive...)
Do something around Pgh in the name (spirit of) Karmiel/Misgav/P2K/Israel, etc
Volunteer, paint apartments, build something , etc for lower class citizens around here
create a Pgh branch of Children's Village or some in that spirit, i.e. join Big Bros Big Sis
start a kibbutz/commune type program in Pgh
bring/distribute kishorit toys/goat cheese/dogs to Pgh and the US if not already, to increase their market
Educational classes - partner with places like the PHLF - help to educate Pittsburghers on basic skills that are not always easy to learn
Other Ideas

Kishorit
Bike Trail
work more with Venture Outdoors to do fun, active things around the city together
