Recipe-> 2 pounds thin cut steak, 12 corn tortillas, 1 Avocado, 1 lime Recipe for salsa-> 3-4 tomatoes, 1 bunch of cilantro, 1 medium onion, 2-3 Jalapenos, and garlic is optional
Method for steak-> Season the steak with whatever seasonings you want. Make sure to season each side evenly and rub in the seasoning on each side as well. Sear the steak for 2 minutes on one side then flip and repeat. Once cooked cut against the grain. Method for salsa-> Wash your vegetables. Once washed hold your vegetables with some tongs and char them with a small torch. After you char your vegetables pur the tomatoes in the blender and then cut your onion and jalapenos. lastly put the onion and jalapenos in the blender and blend to your liking.
