Crocodoc is another cloud based service that is compatible with things like dropbox, google apps and Edmodo. Crocodoc can be used to share pictures and documents, and allows its users to add comments and view them in multiple facets.
-TubeChop
TubeChop allows you to take videos from YouTube and cut out segments and piece other videos together for a presentation. This could be used for editing highlights or creating teaching/ instructional videos.

-Yugma
Yugma offers a way for you to set up mobile audio and videoconferencing, you are able to browse contacts and listen to webinars. There are free accounts, and 24/7 technical support. This can be used to communicate with people within or out of your district.
-Edmodo
Edmodo allows its users to either connect on a professional level or between coach / educator, and student. Provides a seamless transition between google apps and Microsoft Office documents.

Wordpress gives its users the ability to create their own mobile and online network. You are also able to create your own website and domain name. This can be used by athletic administrators creating their own websites.

Edublog is actually a website that is powered by Wordpress. Educators, and administrators are able to follow blogs of certain people and bounce ideas and talk back and forth to one another.

Dropbox is a cloud based storage system that allows its users to share any type of document along with any editing that needs done. They have varying storage amounts based on payment plans.

BoxWorks is a cloud management system that is very similar to Dropbox. It allows you to organize and create files for all of your information that you store and share with others.

SugarSync is another cloud management system that is very similar to Dropbox. But the one thing that I really like about it, is that it allows you to back up your files at any time.

SoundNote allows you to type notes and record a talk at the same time. This would be a great app to use when going to conferences or meetings. You are able to take your own notes and when you highlight any section in your notes, it will playback that portion of the conversation that happened when you were typing.
-Intelli IM
Intelli IM is an app that combines all of your messaging apps into one central place. This works for text and mobile messaging as well as video messaging. It is compatible with apple and android products, and also works with google and Microsoft apps.
-Remind: School Communication
The Remind app is used within a lot of districts as an email and text communication tools between the school district and parents. This can also be used by coaches and parents and players to send out reminders and updates.

Skype is a great tool for setting up video conferences between multiple parties at once, and it is an app you can use with multiple types of devices. You may use video or mobile text messaging with this app.
