Terry Fox was born July, 28 1958 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, CAN. Terry Fox was the son of Betty Fox and Rolly Fox, Terry also had 3 siblings. Terry played Basketball, Rugby and Soccer. He later did long distance running in high school He was chosen as a member of the starting team of his high school Basketball team in 10th grade and was Co-winner of his schools athlete of the year award in grade 12. Terry attended kinesiology so he could become a physical education teacher. He also was chosen for the schools junior varsity basketball team.
