To engage with your neighborhood community, you must first complete a sign-up process which includes providing your email address, name, creating a password, and confirming your email.

In order to accomplish the tasks 2-7 one must complete the task 1 (Sign up) doing the subtasks 1.1-1.5 in the given order. Once task 1 is completed once, tasks 2-7 may be done in any order preferred. The subtasks of tasks 2-7 must be done in the stated order.
