Used to be a poor area filled with warehouses, factories, slams and miserable houses.

Now it is a new housing development.

Beutiful avenues lined with big stores, rich mansions, expensive restaurants, theatres, hotels and night clubs.

Londinium (founded by Romans in 43 AD)

The Romans built the bridge across the Thames.

Around 50 CE Roman merchants built a town by the river. So London was born.
