How can I.C.T be implemented linking a second language to promote teaching-learning using the preoperational stage and the C.L.I.L method?

In this Axis we going to focus in CLIL,, for integrate the second language to the children of 2-7 years.
We use the piaget preoperational stage when the children will use the symbols and words to learn a second language.
