Emotional Stability can be described as:
Consistency- remaining in a state of regularity, free from variation.
Steadfastness- keeping their composure regardless of the situation.
Solidity- being reliable or substantial in character

What is the meaning An open-minded individual who is not afraid to try new things.

Characteristics of someone who is Open To Experience Imaginative Curious

Jobs / Careers Publicists- Their Job relies heavily on the public's reception to their output and it may help to have the opinions and perspectives of other individuals at their disposal. Artists- The job requires inspiration and conceptualization which can be found through being open to others' creative input and feedback.

Agreeableness

What is the meaning An individual's ability to put others need above their own.

Characteristics of someone who is Agreeable Cooperative Trusting Congenial

Jobs/Careers Counselling- Agreeable individuals are to listen to others and feel compassion towards them. Judge- An agreeable individual will be able to make more accurate judgments of personality which may aid in their conclusions.
