What Is Time Management?

Time Management is the skill of organising your time
effectively for work or school

What Is Procrastination

Procrastination is putting off an important task till the last minute or till the deadline.

What are some Procrastination strategies?

Eliminating distractions such as my phone by
putting it on do not disturb.

Working with others: If I get distracted they can remind me to stay on task.

While doing work I could give my self 5 minute breaks in between.

Why do I Procrastinate?

I procrastinate because I don't feel motivated
to do the work.

I find that I rather do something else.
For Example play video games or watch a movie

How do self advocacy
and time management
work together?

Self advocacy and time management can work together
if I go to my teachers and explain how I work as a student
and that I need more time on assignments. Using time that
I have I split up the work over each day so that way I'm not over whelmed.

I could prioritize important tasks first

A time management strategy that I use is splitting
up my work over multiple days. So that way I'm not
whelmed.

Another strategy is to ask for more time on the
assignment and to ask for help if I get confused
