Following the events of September 11, 2001, significant changes were enacted to enhance security in the United States. The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) was created to oversee airport and baggage screening, while measures such as reinforced cockpit doors and the expansion of the Federal Air Marshal Service were implemented.

In the immediate aftermath of the attacks, North American airspace was closed to civilian traffic for two days, but flights slowly resumed after
Terrorists hijacked four airplanes in a attempt to have suicide attackers. Two were flown into the twin towers, one was flown into the pentagon and the last one was taken back and crashed on some farmland in Pennsylvania

Al Qaeda

Bin Laden dying: once he died there was a sense of freedom but to this day we still see terrorist attacks. and his death caused a lot of conflict in the middle east.
Attacks: there are still many terrorist attacks going on in many diffirent countries. and they are all inspired by Al Qaeda since they were the first. Even after the death of their leader there is still many attack threats against the US

Afganistan

Many Afghans thought it would be benificial. It was not because the US retlliated by killing many Muslims.
Culture: The people who once supported USA got aggression from the Americans which led to Anti-Americanism and it grew across the Muslim world

USA

Politics: The US had more of a point to help and learn about international affairs other than the ones happening in the US
Culture: Americans felt vulnerable. The increase of Muslim stereotype were growing.
