The sense of achievement especially job crafting is a huge factor. Such as giving an individual a sense of purpose in their work and always looking to strive more once they do something great.

This was a huge aspect with my internship. Communication was the leading factor in asking questions, or any additional work my supervisor wanted me to do. As well as, since I had the opportunity to have an in person internship, everyone person I worked with a strong sense of communication.

I feel like this a true statement of engagement within a work place. For instance the lyric, "I'm not afraid to take a stand, everybody come take my hand, we'll walk this road together, through the storm." I believe this is such a powerful statement for this topic, because this person wants to encourgage everybody to reach their goal wheter there's obstcles to overcome. Pretty much saying we can do this.
