The 1st link is talking about how even with the covid-19 breakout. The volunteer-run groups are still focused on helping the migrant workers get used to Singaporean society.
The 2nd link talks about how Singaporeans are trying their best to make the foreign workers happy.
For example they baked 700 loaves of bread to the workers.
