What are you really good at that you want to use in your future job?

I am really good at communicating with other people. This job will require me to communicate with the students and help me improve my communication skills, which is very important in the 21st century.

What kind of supervisor are you looking for?

I want a supervisor who is considerate and well-aware of my current circumstances and is also willing to push me to my furthest, so that I can gain as much knowledge and experience from this job.

Do you want to be closely supported or left alone by your boss?

I would like to work with a supervisor constrantly monitoring me, as it helps me get better feedback and gain better insight into what I can do better in the future.

Anywhere from $15-$20 per hour

I do not mind getting dirty, but after a certain point, I will feel uncomfortable

Yes, I will not be punctual if I live far off and that will prevent me from being the most efficient with my time

No, but I do think that appropriate clothing is necessary for me when I enter the pool areas/pool.

No, I am not looking for benefits, I am only looking for valuable experience out of this job. This job will teach me key things about having a job, such as the code of conduct and the mechanics of the job and the company.

What do you really love doing that you can do in your future job?

I love to teach people, as it gives me a better understanding of the topic I am teaching! At the end of the day, we are all learning and teaching helps me cement all my learnings and concepts properly.

What are you really interested in about this work?

Being a swimmer myself, it is thrilling to see how far I have come and this job will allow me to feed off this passion at a deeper level, which will help me become the best version of myself on the job.

Will you deal with people on a daily basis?

Yes, as I will constantly be teaching people swimming based on their level

I want to work more with people, where I will be spending time teaching people rather than being the supervisor, who has to deal with a lot of information.

Will you be working with your hands?

Yes, as I will need to use my hands to correct the form the students have while swimming.

No, I do not want to do paperwork or filing.

Do you want to do more work in team settings, or work more on your own?

I would like to work in a mixture of team and solo settings

I work best with other people when I establish a personal connection with them.

o Do you prefer to work mostly/completely indoors or outdoors?

I prefer to work indoors as it is very cold in the winter months and I do not think that I can do swimming lessons in the cold. This is why I prefer to work indoors

What is most important to you in your surroundings while you work?

The most important thing, especially in a pool area, is safety. As the areas around the pool are always wet, it is very important that all the employees, including me, do not fall and get a bad injury in the workplace.

What kind of work space do you want to have?

I want a safe and a fun workplace to work in. If those 2 criteria are not met in the workplace, I do not feel excited, happy, or safe when I come into work. This will make me inefficient and distracted.
