Broccoli was banned from the Air Force by President George HW Bush because he did not like it.
Farmers from California were outraged and sent 10 ton to the White House.
Most recently Obama wanted Americans to eat more healthy so someone created "Can President Barack Obama and Congress enact legislation that orders Americans to buy broccoli?" The answer was no since they can't force people to eat healthy since it will be a dangerous use of power and it goes against the laws and traditions of the United States.
