The Iran culture is very religious, the Iranians are forced to follow strict guidelines. For example, all women must wear a viel.
The characters in invisible people are free to follow any religion they want. Many characters, however are not religious and do not depend on an spiritual figure, such as, God for gudiance.
The Message
Marjanes story is based on her own personal experiences as a child in Iran. The moral of the story is that life does not always go in ones favour and that the events that occur around us is out of ones control.
Will Eisners story is fiction, in contrast to Marjanes non-fictional story. The story consists of several characters who move away from society for the majority of their lives. The moral of the story is that one is nothing without having relationships and cannot live in the world through isolation. One must understand that it is impossible to get through society only by ourselves, all individuals require help.
