Harrison Bergeron

that tortures and executes its citizens to achieve its goal of mental and physical equality.

The main conflict in the story is between Harrison Bergeron and the governments way of controlling and handicapping society.

A text to world connection is how no one is the same and how everyone is different in their own ways.

This story very much reminds me of Divergent. In Divergent you can only be in one of five factions. This reminds me of Harrison Bergeron since everyone there is more or less the same, making it similar to Divergent.

A text to text connection I can make is how George was feeling throughout the story. He was kind of one note, I think I would be as confused and tired as him if I was put in the same position.

The setting takes place in a ballet theatre, and George and Hazels home.

The mood is rather calm in the beginning, Its almost sad but near the ending it gets very much intense.
