I think they should be allowed so people can talk to their friends about school if they are not in the same class

I think they shouldn't be allowed because they can be a distraction

they can be a distraction not only for the people who are on the phone but also for others around them like for example if there are loud noises or bright colours that can effect other peoples learning

another reason I think they shouldn't be allowed is if there is an important lesson going on and a kid is just on the phone with a friend and not paying attention to the lesson so they don't learn anything

I also think that they should not be allowed because of safety reason like what if someone was tracking their friend and they had a weapon then they could put all their friend in danger
