Utilizes reinforcement and punishment to alter behavioral patterns
Observes people who set goals for themselves and what they do in order to achieve it
Humanism
Theory observes reality from different aspects (all points of view)
Highlights the essences and ability for people to choose their own attributes
Intersectionality
Examines the different types of discrimination, whether it be; race,religion,etc
Encourage the understanding of how one individual, interacts with a larger context
