Strategies: We will: • foster a culture of learning by providing training and professional development along with encouraging feedback; • consider all stakeholders to be ambassadors for CSRS and provide the training, messaging and materials necessary for them to best represent the Agency; • employ effective communication that is clear, concise and timely using the most appropriate method available to us; • use recruitment tools such as advertising, screening, and networking; and • recognize our team members with individualized and appropriate acknowledgment.

Strategies: We will: • operate based on defined policies and procedures with clear guidelines around values; • develop a schedule of revenue generating opportunities and track progress as the timeline unfolds; • embrace unplanned opportunities when appropriate; • create and foster relationships with qualified key individuals, organizations and corporations; • maintain efficient operational methods of managing finances incorporating the use of technology as a tool; and • develop a diversified funding base by coordinating our fundraising efforts, exploring and targeting additional sustainable sources of revenue and training, education, mentoring, coaching stakeholders.
