This tool is most effective when used in collaboration between teacher and student. Teacher and Student can either fill them out separately and compare/discuss, or can fill out together.
Type or paste in a passage of text, and this site provides an approximate "grade level" according to several reading level formulae/systems.
This site allows you to type in a title, and it suggest other similar books to consider.
Students can design a comprehensive "possible future" by focusing on just one facet, such as "Economy", "Government", or "Food" -- or they can design a comprehensive "possible future" by addressing many or all facets.
A student's "possible future" project could take any form: a mind map, Milanote page, Google Slides presentation, narrative story, dialogue that's acted out, video, etc.
Just like Elle created a timeline of history, Vinayak or other students can create a running timeline on which to place what they've studied, such as past cultures, forms of government, technological innovations, etc.
This project would most often be completed as preparation for the culminating "Design the Future" project.
