There's also another cute love story between Donkey, who talks a lot and is very funny, and Dragon, who is a big, scary creature. At first, it seems strange that they would like each other, but they do! Their story shows that love can happen between anyone, no matter how different they seem. It's all about caring for each other and accepting each other just as they are.

movie is mostly about Shrek, who's an ogre, falling in love with Fiona, who's a princess. Even though they're very different, they end up liking each other a lot. They go on adventures together, and through all the ups and downs, they learn to love each other for who they are on the inside, not just what they look like.
