communicate properly in order to work effectively. In a team if everyone communicates efficiently they will accomplish their deadlines and goals quicker and in a more efficient time than others
Positive Attitude
Positive attitude keeps a team going and working efficiently. If ones mind has negative thoughts and has a negative attitude towards certain members of a team they will most likely end up bringing their team to a downfall.
Listening
You need to listen to the ideas and concerns of your peers in order to be an successful team member. By asking questions for clarification, demonstrating concern, and using positive body language, you can show your team members that you are responsible and you understand them.
