PHYSICAL
Exercise
Follow a workout plan/challenge
5 days workout 2 day break
Play sports in back yard
Help with garden work ex. chopping wood
Diet
Keep a 3 day routine
Day 1: Only 3 full meals and 1 snack
Day 2: 3 full meals and 2-3 snacks (healthy and non healthy)
Day 3: 3 full meals and as many unhealthy snacks as I feel like eating throughout the day
Repeat: back to day one
Note: Do not Mid-night snack!
Sleep
Set timer for bedtime (keep this consistent)
Wake up at around the same time everyday
Note: Make sure room is dark
INTELLECTUAL
Reading
Make a puzzle
Do cross words
EMOTIONAL
spend time off-line
be artistic ex. DIY's and draw
Baking
reorganize
self care
take a bath
paint nails/Face mask
Watch movies/shows
take naps
SPIRITUAL
Meditate
Play relaxing music, Sit still in a comfortable position wither in the morning or before bed. Then breath and empty mind
Stare gaze
SOCIAL
chat with friends online
Text school friends through social media etc...
Face time Best friend, family friends/relatives overseas, and cousins
Hang with family
Video games with siblings
Board game
Help mom with chores around the house Ex. Cooking
