A midsummer's night dream

Hermia is being forced to marry Demerius whom she doesn't love and wishes to marry Lysander . Helena, who likes Demetrius is told by Hermia that she is planning to runaway from athens with Lysander to get married. Helena then decides to tell Demetrius hoping that he would be so grateful towards her afterwards. Demetrius then sets out to find Hermia and Helena follows. The four all end up together in the woods as they are being watched over by fairies. one fairy who goes by puck has casted a spell on Lysander and Demetrius to fall in love with Helena. Although this is not the first mistake that Puck makes, he also casts a spell on Titania and Nick bottoms in where he turn his head into an ass and makes Titania fall in love with him.

Helena's love for Demetrius is blind to the point where she doesn't acknowledge that he is rude to her

Eugus, Hermia's father, feels the need to have Hermia obey his demands and choices at all times , not because she is his child but because she is a female.
