The Long Point Biosphere Reserve would've never existed without the control of the Long Point Company

The Long Point Company bought the land of Long Point as the government sold it to them after they couldn't control the pirates thieves and etc.

They loved watching the species of animals and recreational hunting and kept it to a limit. They had goals to sustain the environment.

Helps balance species, so it does not over-populate

Controls the food chain.

What are the disadvantages of this method?

Doesn't bring enough profit for a business as over-hunting does.

Example: Overfishing brings more profit than traditional fishing can.
