Does Ethnicity matter?

Ethnicity defines who we are. Dating back to 1969, ethnicity is a sub topic to race. It was created to define the many people of this country and to create a barrier between them.

Fact: As a white american, they had all control over which ethnicity they wanted to identify as.

Problem: As Black children went to school, they began to come together and only interact with each other. They began to create their own communities for them selves within their ethnic groups.
