What is Human Language?

Expression, Meaning, and Context
Expression: encompasses words, phrases, and sentences including intonation and stress.
Meaning: refers to the sense and referents of these elements of expression.
Context: refers to the social situation is uttered and includes whatever has been expressed earlier i that situation
Displacement
to express the things that was happen in the past, now, and future, also the things are far from the speakers
Arbitrariness
no logical relationship between the word and object it refers to
Productivity
related to the ability of human language to form an infinite number of expression
Cultural Transimission
the process whereby knowledge of a language is passed from one generation to next
Duality
is a property of language whereby linguistic forms have two simultaneous levels of sound production and meaning also called 'double articulation'.
Talking to Animals
with this complexity, the rest of creation will not understand our language. But there are also those who can train human language to animals, but they don't have anything like the one above. nor can they develop human language. This proves that human language is unique and cannot be easily imitated
