MOI Program AREA Revit Intergration

An alternative to using groups with custom properties to identify department gross and built up gross would be to identify another group identifier in each room when then export in excel, provide gross factors specific to that identifier, and calculate programed using that....not sure how design would work, perhaps manually from revit??

What happens when area in revit are 2 seperate elements?Can calculated parameter move from revit to drofus?Is it okay to populate Area into Sub Department and not departments? What level of area plans do we want to draw?

No way to place by a Group filter when placing in revit.Once each group has rooms asigned to it (per building program)
