Free and unobstructed means of egress shall be provided and maintained from all parts of the building at all times. A minimum of two exits shall be provided from each story of every building. Every exit shall be clearly visible, marked, and illuminated so that the way to a place of safety is clear from any point within the facility. Access to an exit shall not be through areas of greater hazard or areas subject to locking. All stairs serving as an exit component must be permanent, constructed of noncombustible materials throughout, and enclosed within 2 hour rated fire resistive construction.

All buildings occupied by the company shall be equipped with a fire alarm system to warn of fire or other emergency situations. A voice communication system shall be provided for all high-rise buildings (higher than 3 floors above ground level).
