Sophomore Year PE: Frisbee Unity

Two teams of 12 students, whoever wins three-five points first wins the round. There was nine rounds in total to complete before the bell rang.

We split into groups by gender. Six in our group would compete against six others in the other group. We rotated each time one team won three-five points first.

My A.D.D. medication was slowly losing it's effectiveness because I wasn't actively getting the frisbee passed to me. I eventually started daydreaming.

While I was staring, I turned my focus back to the game. That was when I saw the frisbee flying towards me.

I could catch the frisbee and throw it to the other side of the court.

I could let my other team member beside me catch the frisbee to direct it to the other side of the court.

I could choose to stay in the same position because I was still stuck in a daydream while staring at the frisbee.

I learned that frisbee requires constant motion and that other students might want to learn how to play frisbee in PE

I learned that I needed to develop strategies to help aid me if I were to catch myself daydreaming in class.
