Cambridge University Is a public research university located in Cambridge, United Kingdom. Is the second-oldest university in the english speaking world. Cambridge is the most important university in the Unite Kingdom above Oxford, it is also the best University in Europe. Graduates of the university have won 65 Nobel Prizes, the most of any university in the world.

Gates Cambridge Scolarships

Value A Gates Cambridge Scholarship covers the full cost of studying at Cambridge.

The Trust also considers applications for several types of additional funding on a discretionary basis: -Family allowance - up to £7,775 for a first child and up to £1,200 for a second child. No funding is provided for a partner. -Conference attendance - up to £500 a year if you are presenting. Fieldwork - you may apply to keep up to your normal maintenance allowance while on fieldwork as part of your PhD. -Some fourth year funding for PhD Scholars may be provided - but the termly maintenance allowance reduces per term for up to a year** -Hardship funding - if there are unforeseen difficulties

-The University Composition Fee and College fees at the appropriate rate* -A maintenance allowance for a single student (£13, 300 for 12 months at the 2012-13 rate; pro rata for courses shorter than 12 months) -One economy single airfare at both the beginning and end of the course

The university offers awards to overseas students who have been accepted for admission by a Cambridge college. You cannot apply for funding trough the trusts until you have been offered a place at one of the Colleges.

The financial support available for overseas undergraduate students is limited at Cambirdge university. Most support is a partial contribution to your overall costs an it is means-tested.

Wait the answer of the university

You have to attend to the interview in in Canada, China, Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, Pakistan or Singapore.

When you complete your UCAS and COPA, you should indicate the Cambridge College to which you wish to apply. If you have no preference for a particular College, you can choose to make an 'open' application.

You must complete and submit a Cambridge Online Preliminary Application (COPA) to collect information that is not part of your UCAS application

Entrance requirements for international students

If you wish to apply for an undergraduate place here, you need to be in the top one or two per cent of your year group, and doing very well in the subject area you would like to study.

The University Language Centre runs an English for Academic Purposes (EAP) programme for students who aren't native English speakers.
