History Unit 1

There were diferents terms:

Germany's armed forces: The size and power of the german army was a major concern of all the power, especialy France.

German's territories and colonies: Germany's colonies became MANDATES controled by the League of Nations

War Guilt: Was seen by Germans as extrimily harsh.

League of Nations: Keeping peace has not work so the League of Nations was set up as an "International Police Froce".

Reparations: Germany had to pay reparations to the allies for the damage caused by the war.

The three more important countrys were called as "The Big Three" They were:

USA

Woodrow Wilson

Information: -President of the USA -He became an university profesor -Entered politics 1910 -Became president 1912-1916 -The concentrated of keeping the USA out of the war 1914-1917 - He was born in 1856

Frace

George Clemenceau

Information: -First entered French politics in 1871 -Was Prime Minister of France from 1906-1909 -From1914 to 1917 he was very critical of the French was leaders. In November 1917 he was elected to lead France through the last year of the war

Great Britain

Davis Lloyd George

Information: -First entered in 1890 -He was a very able politician who became Prime Minister in 1916and remained in power until 1922 -He was born in 1863

The three of them wants revenge to Germany.
