Tasks: I had to let the mother know that they dropped it. Situation: I was grocery shopping with my mom. I saw a child drop their winter hat and just leave it behind. Motivation and Initiative Result: I end up doing well in college. Action: I do my best to work away at them so I can pass. Tasks: I need to make sure I get them all done. Situation: In college, there are lots of assignment. Flexibility/Adaptability Skills Result: Many things got done before I went home and it got less busy. Action: I was helping my coworker get everything done. Tasks: I had to stay an extra hour. Situation: I was working at Zehrs Bakery and it was very busy. Strong Work Ethic Result: All the baked goods got packaged and shelved before my shift was over. Action: I packaged all the baked goods and put them on the shelves. Tasks: I needed to package all the baked goods. Main topic Organization Skills Result: I ended up with a clean, organized bedroom. Action: I had to find a place for everything. Tasks: I needed to clean it. Situation: My bedroom was a disaster. Problem Solving Skills Result: I got my medication no problem. Action: I went to Walmart, and they called the pharmacy in my hometown. Tasks: I had to order them at a nearby pharmacy. Situation: I ran out of my medication when I was away at school. Tasks: On a PowerPoint presentation, I had to show people how to make breakfast sandwiches. Situation: I had to get this assignment done. Technical Skills Result: We ended up taking the whole engine apart. Action: I unscrewed the pieces on the engine. Tasks: My friend and I had to take apart an engine. Situation: I was in Auto class in high school. Interpersonal Skills Result: We got everything done. Tasks: A coworker and I had to close. Situation: I was working at Zehrs bakery.
