Managers play a critical role in organizations, encompassing a range of functions, types, skills, roles, and levels. They organize by arranging people, tasks, and responsibilities, lead by inspiring and motivating others, control by monitoring achievements and taking corrective actions, and plan by setting goals and understanding how to achieve them.
