find the correct musicians for project

Stage 1

pick songs for showreel

first rehearsals with singer, guitar, keys to pull together a rough mash up of 5 - 8 songs using the most impactful / exciting parts.

refine mash up

second rehearsal with full band to run through all tracks again making sure it's all ready to head into the recording studio. I'm focusing on showcasing the best parts of this band / project within a 2.30min mash up. I want clients to undoubtly understand what we are delivering and the idenity / sound.

recording studio

all musicians head into the recording studio for the day to track parts - I will work with each artist to bring the best out of their performance.

song selection / idenity

Audio work

I will take all the recorded audio back to my home studio and heavily edits all parts to make sure it all sounds professional

Once the band sounds good and ready I will send of to mix with notes on how I want to to be mixed.

Send to mix and master. I will get the first mix back then send any edits I may need. it normally takes 3 or 4 mixes before it is right.
